PADI RESCUE DIVER

Have you just finished your Advanced Open Water program or specialties and want to take your skills to the next level? Or would you like to learn how to give someone a helping hand in a stressful or potentially dangerous situation? Then the PADI Rescue Diver course is for you!

Someone who drops a tank on their foot, suffers a diving accident or someone reported missing in the water? The Rescue Diver course ensures you know exactly how to act in all these situations. The course consists of 5 theory modules with an exam, 10 skills exercises in the pool and one day of role-playing in various scenarios in the open water. For many, the most fun part of all diving courses.

What you learn during the PADI Rescue course:

  • Rescuing a panicked diver
  • Rescuing an unconscious diver
  • Administering emergency oxygen

Before you can finish the PADI Rescue Diver course, you need an Emergency First Response certificate obtained no more than 24 months ago.

Do you have a certificate from another organisation that offers First Aid courses, such as the Red Cross? Then you may be exempt from this rule.
